Who We Are

What sets us apart

Flexible delivery: In-person appointments are available in Stillwater, OK, and secure telehealth sessions make high-quality care accessible statewide across Oklahoma. Group programs for parents and for anxiety management complement individual therapy options.

Science-driven care: Every treatment protocol is chosen because rigorous research shows it works. Progress is tracked session-to-session so clients can see concrete change.

Lifespan expertise: From early childhood through older adulthood, we tailor interventions to developmental stage, learning style, and personal goals.

Collaborative ethos: Therapy is a partnership; clients help shape objectives, pace, and homework between sessions.

Inclusive practice: We provide secular, affirming services to individuals and families of all backgrounds, cultures, religions, sexual orientations, and gender identities.

Mission

Mission

To combine clinical science, compassion, and practical skill-building so every client leaves therapy with lasting tools for healthier thinking, feeling, and living.

Our vision

A community where evidence-based mental health care is the standard, stigma is reduced, and people of all ages have the strategies they need to thrive at home, school, work, and play. Whether you’re seeking help for yourself, your child, or your family, ZAC Therapy & Counseling Services LLC offers a clear, research-backed path toward meaningful change.

Therapist

Zachary Walling, LPC

Zachary is a licensed professional counselor committed to delivering evidence-based care across the lifespan. A graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma’s Counseling Psychology program, he grounds his work in Cognitive-Behavioral principles and draws on a full range of empirically supported interventions highlighted elsewhere on this site.

He has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in individual, family, and group formats. Whether partnering with parents to manage disruptive behaviors, helping clients face anxiety and OCD, or supporting individuals with tic disorders, Zachary tailors each plan to clear, measurable goals while fostering a collaborative therapeutic relationship. He provides inclusive, secular care to people of all backgrounds and belief systems.

Beyond the therapy room, Zachary is an active member of the U.S. Chess Federation. He plays, coaches, and has directed tournaments across Oklahoma. Away from the board, he and his wife enjoy fishing, cooking, gardening, and immersing themselves in science-fiction and fantasy stories—on the page and in audio.
